INGREDIENTS: Sugar, citric acid (provides tartness), lime juice powder (lime juice and lime oil dehydrated with corn syrup solids), sodium citrate (controls acidity), dried egg whites, calcium phosphate (prevents caking), natural lime flavor (with soy lecithin), BHA (prolongs freshness) CONTAINS Egg and Soy ingredients.

DIRECTIONS: Put 1 jigger (1.5 oz.) of light rum and 1 jigger of cold water in a shaker. Pour in the contents of 1 envelope of Bar-Tender’s Instant Daiquiri Mix. Add ice, shake to chill, strain and serve in a Daiquiri glass.
